Our in-store Retail Services help our clients increase their sales by improving the factors that contribute to buying decisions by shoppers. These services enhance the physical presence of products either on a shelf or showroom floor. The basic merchandising principles of having product readily available (e.g. shelf, display, showroom), with prices clearly labeled with a “reason to buy” are the important “must haves” at retail. We match the skill sets of our merchandising groups to meet the objectives of our clients’ specific needs and objectives.

In industries with more highly considered purchases we work with our clients to create programs that influence shopper decisions directly and indirectly. In some cases we sell directly to consumers; in other instances we “influence the influencers” by training store personnel to accelerate the sales process.

We customize reports for each client. For example, some clients may require comprehensive research to formulate product strategy; others may need a painstaking inventory of assets to consummate a financial transaction (e.g. merger/acquisition).
